:::Indian Highways Management Company Limited (IHMCL) issued 9,826 fee FASTags to vehicles that fall under the exempt category like paramilitary, police, central & state armed forces. Out of 9,826, the company issued 587, 36, and 327 free FASTags to defense ministry vehicles, judges of the Supreme Court, and judges of the High Court, respectively. Total 1,694 free FASTags were issued to vehicles that are specially designed for people who are physically challenged or those who fall under the category of 'divyangjan'.

The vehicles of Member of Parliament, Member of Legislative Assembly, ambulance, and fire brigade, to name a few, also fall under the category of exempted vehicles.
:::Virunga National Park started accepting donations through twelve cryptocurrencies like Bitcoin and Ethereum. The national park is located in the Democratic Republic of the Congo (DRC), Central Africa. The authorities said that the donations would be used to protect the famed mountain gorilla of DRC & the ecosystem they inhabit, to build a renewable energy source, and ensure the continued presence of Rangers. The acceptance of cryptocurrency has been started to connect with tech-minded supporters in a better way.

:::A fine of ₹4 lakhs was issued to the Delhi Metro Rail Corporation (DMRC) by the Delhi Forest Department. The fine was imposed after an order was issued by Navneet Srivastava, the Deputy Conservator Forests West Division, under section 21 of the Delhi Preservation of Trees Act (1994). DMRC has been accused of damaging & cutting twenty-seven fully grown trees that were between Vikaspuri and Mukarba Chowk. The corporation has responded to the accusation by saying that no tree was damaged as the work was on hold in the forest area since August 25, 2020.

The types of trees that are believed to be damaged and cut are banyan, jungle jalebi, alstonia, siras, papri, kachnar, and sheesham.
:::Tesla halted its plan to bid on and buy the land for expansion of its plant that is located in Shanghai due to uncertainty that has been created by the tensions between the United States of America (USA) and China. The company also intends to reduce the proportion of its vehicles that are produced in China due to the 25% tariff that was imposed by the Trump Administration on imported Chinese electric vehicles.

This will affect the company's plan to expand the market of China-made model 3s to the USA and other countries. It currently ships the model 3s only to Europe.

:::According to a report published by the Telecom Regulatory Authority of India (TRAI), the total number of wireless subscribers grew to 1,167.71 million by 0.72%. The growth of subscribers in rural areas was 0.44% and in urban areas was 0.94%. The three companies to gain maximum subscribers were Reliance Jio, Airtel, and Vodafone Idea. The subscriber base of Reliance Jio increased to 414.9 million after it gained 4.27 million new subscribers. Airtel gained 3.7 million new subscribers and it now has a total of 348.3 million subscribers. Vodafone Idea added 0.65 million new subscribers and the company now has a total of 282.6 million subscribers.

They have been sentenced to five years of prison and a fine of $372.44 has been imposed on them. :::A Cirrus SR22 single-engine plane and a twin-engine Fairchild Metroliner collided mid-air near Denver. The accident reported zero injuries as the pilot, along with a passenger, of Cirrus SR22 single-engine plane, deployed a parachute attached to the plane and landed it in a field near homes in Cherry Creek State Park while the pilot of twin-engine Fairchild Metroliner successfully landed it at the Centennial Airport despite the tail section of it being damaged because of the accident.

Mucormycosis, also known as Black Fungus, is caused by a group of molds known as mucormycetes. The infection can be fatal if it is not treated on time.
The symptoms of Black Fungus are;
- Fever;
- Cough;
- Chest pain;
- Breath shortness;
- Swelling on one side of the face;
- Headache;
- Sinus congestion;
- Black lesions on the bridge of the nose or the inside of the mouth;
- Belly pain;
- Nausea & vomiting;
- Gastrointestinal bleeding;
- Blood in stool; and,
- Diarrhea.
It can be prevented by monitoring the blood glucose level after recovering from COVID-19, judicious usage of steroids by a diabetic patient, using clean & sterilized humidifiers during oxygen therapy, and extensive surgical debridement & anti-fungal therapy.
