:::Acharya Devrat, the Governor of Gujarat, virtually inaugurated Gau Anusandhan Unit at the Gujarat Technical University (GTU). Gau Anusandhan Unit, also known as the Cow Research Center, was inaugurated as a part of the ongoing Kamdhenu Chair formed by Rashtriya Kamdhenu Aayog to promote the use of cow milk, urine, and dung by establishing science-based research.

Doctor Sanjay Chauhan, a professor in the Graduate School of Pharmacy (GTU), told The Indian Express that the center aimed to scientifically work into the microbial flora of cow as through research & innovations the pathogens can be used in several forms.
:::Securities & Exchange Board of India (SEBI) banned Tips4Market (T4M) and its sole proprietor, Mahesh Vaghajibhai, from the securities market for two years. The firm was found guilty of soliciting and inducing its investors to deal in the market based on investment advice and stock tips without having the requisite registration. The firm collected around ₹96.6 lakh from its investors from August 2011 to November 2020.

SEBI has directed the firm to refund money that it has collected from its investors. Due to the COVID-19 pandemic and lockdown imposed in different parts of the country, the direction to return the money will come into effect on July 1, 2021.

:::To improve the performance of 5,55,000 Indian Micro, Small, & Medium Enterprises (MSMEs), the World Bank approved a loan of $500 million, approx. Junaid Ahmad, World Bank Country Director in India, said that the loan would intensify the efforts to support MSMEs to return to the pre-crisis production & employment levels while laying the foundation for longer-term productivity-driven growth & generation of much-needed jobs in the sector.

The loan has a maturity period of 18.5 years, including a grace period of 5.5 years.
:::Dharmendra Pradhan, the Cabinet Minister for Petroleum & Natural Gas and Steel, launched Mobile CNG Filling Service in Delhi and Mumbai. These are India's first-ever mobile filling service units. They were launched at an online event. The mobile unit for Delhi has been designed by Indraprastha Gas Ltd (IGL) and the mobile unit for Mumbai has been designed by Mahanagar Gas Ltd. Both the units were co-developed by Petroleum & Explosive Safety Organization.

Amit Garg, the Commercial Director at IGL, said during the launch that the service would enhance customer experience by bringing CNG to the doorstep of consumers and expand the coverage in areas where the number of CNG stations is low or non-existent due to land issues.

:::Fastly Inc. identified and fixed the issue that led to the global outage of websites of Amazon, Reddit, and CNN. The websites reportedly crashed due to a software bug. Fastly Inc. noticed the outage at around 09:47 GMT, worked out a solution by 10:27 GMT, and rolled out the permanent solution by 17:25 GMT. Nick Rockwell, the Senior Engineering & Infrastructure Executive of the company, said that the outage was broad & severe. He also apologized for the impact that it had on the customers of Amazon, Reddit, and CNN.

According to reports, the websites of The Guardian and The New York Times also suffered a global outage due to the software bug.
:::Zomato, a food delivery start-up, named Akriti Chopra as one of the co-founders ahead of its IPO launch. Deepinder Goyal, the Founder and the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of the start-up, appreciated her contribution & hard work over the years and said that her work quality, worth ethic, & the insane ownership of the team that she has built have shined very brightly over the last few months. Akriti Chopra is the former Chief People Officer (CFO) of Zomato.

:::Sister Mary Margaret Kreuper, a retired nun, admitted to stealing $8,35,399 over ten years ending September 2018 from St. James Catholic School in Torrance, California. She was reportedly stealing the money to cover her casino gambling expenses and credit card payments. She also admitted in her plea agreement that she falsified the monthly and yearly reports to cover her fraudulent conduct. She would collect the money and divert it to the savings account of St. James before using it.

:::A group of hackers attacked Electronic Arts (EA), a video game maker, to steal the source code and internal tools related to its games. The Redwood City, a California-based company, acknowledged the attack and assured that the hackers did not access data related to its players.

The group of hackers goes by the name 'Kickass'. It took credit for the attack on the XSS Cybercrime forum.
:::Russian authorities released Eiho Maru No.172 along with its fourteen crew members. Eiho Maru No.172, the Japanese fishing boat, was seized by the Border Service of Russia on May 28, 2021, for allegedly operating on the water of Russia.

Reports are claiming that the crew members were released after they paid a total fine of $83,600/-. The Japanese authorities have neither denied nor accepted the report as they are currently investigating such reports.

This week was a bit hectic. Some of the unscheduled projects came up and saying no to them sounded like a bad idea. This affected my blog. What you might find as a 'small thing', i call it a 'huge disaster'. I was unable to complete and publish my weekly article, something that i have now scheduled for next week.
To those who are wondering how it affected me, here is the answer: Every post drives traffic to my blog and the traffic keeps my blog active. Once the post is published, i promote it as much as i can to keep my blog alive till the time i publish my next post.
I have been running and promoting my blog independently since the day i started it. With no one to support, or rather endorse my blog, the task has become more challenging. I work on three categories every week by reading about them, writing about them, and publishing them. Promoting every post is a personal choice and i am proud of it.
To outline the matter in one sentence, maintaining a blog independently is a challenging task and i seek your support to take this forward.
The blog probably does not interest everyone but i want to change this. If you have any suggestions or feedback, then please feel free to share them with me. I will try my best to work on them. I have seen people giving up things that they love the most. I do not wish to be one of them.
One point that i want to clarify is that i do not earn when someone clicks the advertisements. This statement comes out because i have noticed that the number of clicks has reduced drastically since the time i added "Advertisement" above them. The tag is to let everyone know that it is not a part of the content. Those are advertisements, yes, and i earn a small percentage of commission only when someone buys the product. The commission does not affect the price that you see on the website.
I am currently working on a few ideas suggested to me by my friends. As i have said earlier, i seek your support to get this blog going. Love!
